Coral takes the glass in her free hoof and sips thirstily at the straw.

It hurts a bit lifting the glass to her mouth, but the water sure is nice and refreshing.

While Coral enjoys the glass of water, Floe continues the conversation. "So have you heard about the new place called Hobby House?"

"Oh, yeah! Been to that place before. Have to say that I was focused more on the drinks because of things going on at the time though..." Col remarks, turning back to Floe.

Almost done with the glass of water, Coral realizes something. "...you know, I don't think I've ever been drunk, speaking of drinks."

"What things?" Floe asked back, lying on the couch and resting her back on the armrest...

"I'm not surprised."

Col sighs a bit. "An interviewer asked me a few questions about the incident and... Well, I still haven't really gotten over the old heroes being gone." He remarks, relaxing a bit before smiling again. "Some damn good cider though."

Coral makes a sad-face at her now-empty glass, wishing she had something other than water available to drink.

"I dunno, I mean there was a lot of hostages, and a lot of media outputs." Floe gives a chuck. "Hehehe, I heard about this one guy, some plant pony or whatever, who actually went around giving fake interviews to as many different publications as he could, probably to make a quick buck." Floe chuckles to herself a bit more. "So, one day, my mate Arcamedis hands me over one of the interviews to look at and I'm reading it and I'm like..." Floe gives an inaudible laugh while raising a claw over half her face, making sure she finishes the story before laughing. "And I'm like, just cracking up about just how absurd it was. He talked about the horrible stuff that everyone knows about in the interview, right, that's not funny, but the things he said in between? He almost made the tragedy look like a bleeding comedy performance." Floe then erupts into a roar of laughter, kicking her hindlegs into the air. She takes a break from chortling to utter out a last anecdote. "And, and, I'm saying to myself, 'How did this guy manage to keep a straight face?'" Floe returns to her previously scheduled activity of laughing out loudly...

Floe waits for her laughter to die down before shaking her head. "Nah, nah, this was several weeks back. He might still have it though."

"Comedy performance? It'd take a lot of absurdity to make that into a comedy." Col says, raising one of his eyebrows.

"Well, when you compare what we actually saw to the chiapony said happened, the idea of the Mare of Steel basically playing bowling using Steelheart's minions can't help but be funny," chuckled Floe...

Floe gives a half-lie of "More or less."

"That... Is pretty funny, in a tragic sense." Col chuckles. "And I would totally bowl for minions!" He adds, now laughing as well.

"Just watch out for that 7-10 split!" Coral adds, weakly joining in with the laughter, despite the pain her broken ribs cause her when she laughs. "Ow..."

Floe finishes off her laughing...

Coral stops laughing too, wincing slightly. "Can I get some more water?"

"Oh, yeah, sure." Col says, grabbing the glass, going to the kitchen, and returning with water and a straw again, giving it to Coral. "There you go."

"Thanks." Coral puts down the glass near her head so she doesn't have to hold it, sipping at the water.

"Nah, not really. Got that research but that's a slow process anyways. Why, you have something planned?" He asks, turning to Floe.
